• Practitioners’ Conference: Tue 29 – Thu 31 July 2025 (Bassily Auditorium)
• Venue: American University in Cairo, New Cairo 11835
• Theme: Sustainable Financing for Development in the Majority World

• Bus Arrival & Parking: Gate 4 – closest drop‑off to the venue.
• Alternative Transport: Uber, Careem, taxis; use Gate 4 for drop‑off/pick‑up.

• Passport & Visa: Valid 6 months beyond travel; apply via Egypt e‑Visa Portal.
• Travel Insurance: Medical, baggage, cancellation coverage recommended.
• Flights: Arrive at Cairo International Airport (CIA); bring printed visa & hotel booking.
• Luggage: One large suitcase + one carry‑on (shuttle storage limited).

• Meet & Greet: Look for “6APC Official Shuttle” staff in branded vests.
• Shuttle Schedule: Every 2 hours (09:00–17:00) on 25, 26 & 28 July.
• If no representative, WhatsApp Shuttle Coordinator: +20 123 456 7890.
• Outside schedule, use Uber/Careem or hotel taxis.

All roads lead to Cairo! A complimentary airport shuttle will operate to/from the six recommended hotels.

• Available only to delegates at the six recommended hotels.
• Scheduled based on your submitted flight details (not 24‑hour).
• Submission Deadline: Wednesday, 23 July 2025 at 12:00 CAT.
• Late submissions cannot use the complimentary shuttle.
