Emmanuel is a researcher and development practitioner with over 10 years working experience in the field of civil society financing and resource mobilisation. He has multidisciplinary research and policy interests in NGO management and sustainability, civic activism, lobby and advocacy, development cooperation, aid architecture and policies, philanthropy, civil society capacity building.  As Researcher and an Independent Consultant, he has undertaken research and consultancy services in sub-Saharan Africa and Europe.
